Cleviria broaden Thela even to third-party consultants and auditors.
Transparency and completeness of the data managed, along with the usage simplicity found at every operational level (from buyers to suppliers, passing by third parties “passively” engaged in the workflow), have always been distinctive and characterizing features of Thela, the Cleviria’s web-application for the supply chain monitoring.
Thanks to the feedbacks given by big international certification players on the user experience (Intertek, STS, Bureau Veritas, just to name but a few), Cleviria decided to introduce specific solutions for this user category, independently of their structure dimension.
Those assumptions laid the foundations for a partnership between Cleviria and P&G Safety Quality Consulting, Italian leader of technical and management consulting, specialized on planning and managing safety insurance systems and products and supply chain quality.
A network of specialists providing technical consulting and assistance on: textile and clothing, shoes, toys, household products, puericulture, decorative and electrical objects. P&G has clients like OVS, COIN, Marcolin, Miniconf and Beretta.
«For a continuos innovation of the services and tools provided to our customers, we signed a partnership agreement according to which Cleviria’s applications will be used in supply chain and products monitoring and control operations. Be equipped with adequate tools it’s necessary to optimize fieldwork activity and services quality», comments Riccardo Pastacaldi of P&G.
«The partnership with P&G reopens an path already undertaken in the past, a path towards a more “consultancy” target of users. In Thela, consultants and third parties were part of the workflow only if they were engaged by brands/users, today they have a more active and independent role with the same operational functions of the other subjects. All of that in support of our idea of shared and cooperative tools», states Corrado de Castro Sales & Marketing Manager of Cleviria.
